The hotel is conveniently located near many historic tourist sites, making it easy to explore the city. One street off the main drag, it offers a safe and active environment, with great restaurants and shopping options nearby. the owner, Fatih, is attentive and welcoming, offering his special strong Turkish coffee to guests. the rooms are basic but comfortable, with ensuite bathrooms and locking doors for privacy. the facilities correspond to the affordable price, providing a good value for money. the hotel ensures that guests feel cared for while respecting their privacy.
Some guests might find the facilities to be basic, but they are appropriate for the price range.

Loved the safe and secure atmosphere of the hotel, especially during the festive season.
The facilities were quite basic and didn't offer much luxury, but considering the price, it was fair.

Friendly enough staff. Large room with air conditioning.
Very dirty bathroom seemed unclean from last guests, no to slow service when needed anything. The included breakfast was very un-satisfactory. (We chose to eat elsewhere for health reasons)

Outstanding location and great value. Comfortable room with view of the sea. Quiet street away from the real touristy section of the old city. Easy, hassle-free check-in and check-out.
Breakfast was substandard. You are better off going to a local cafe for Turkish coffee and a simit (Turkish bagel) for a couple of bucks.

This hotel had a great location! It was situated just off the main road, which made it easy to find, but still felt secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city. the neighborhood had plenty of options for dining and shopping, plus a beautiful mosque to explore. the facilities were basic but reasonably priced, and my room was comfortable and clean. the highlight of my stay was the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He showed me around the area and even brewed me his special Turkish coffee.
If you're looking for an anonymous and independent hotel experience, this might not be the best choice.

The room is small but cleaning. Consider the price it is valuable. The location is great, just 5 minutes to blue mosque. Breakfast is very good.
Staff is not so warmhearted. I guess maybe that is because we don’t book any tours or have any meal in this hotel.

+location (is just perfect - walking distance to majority of historical places); +personnel (very nice and attentive people); +safe in the room (we could left the notebook and documents with no worries); +room service (everyday cleaning).
-breakfast was poor and same for every day.

We had a great stay, the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We arrived early and they let us check in, they gave us very good tour advice, and helped us to book what we wanted, the gave some excellent suggestions for places to eat. The hotel is excellently situated, just a block or so back from the hippodrome at the Blue Mosque/Sultanahmet end. It takes less than 5 mins to walk there. The rooms have amazing views down the hill and over the sea.
The hotel was let down by the breakfast and the building quality of the rooms. We did not have the breakfast, which looked reasonable, but was left uncovered in the restaurant all morning. In the bathroom the shower leaked onto the floor quite badly, there was no plug for the bath, and the grout was quite dirty. Unfortunately there was a slight smell of stale cigarette smoke in our room, despite the room having been well aired and cleaned and being a non-smoking hotel

Hotel is very well located. Convenient to visit all turistic sites in Istanbul. All the hotel staff were extremelly kind at all times. Good air conditioning in the room, individually controlled.
Shower are in the bathroom was not clean. There is no ventilation at all in the bathroom/toilet. Beds were made every day, and towels were changed every day. However the floor and bathroom were not cleaned during all our stay (4 days).

Really the only thing going for it was the location. Staff were helpful and breakfast was ok.
The tv didn't work at all, bedside lights didn't work, toilet seat fell off and even after complaints were acknowledged at the from desk nothing was done to rectify the issues.
